Android tablets have a lot to live up to following the Samsung Galaxy Tab's arrival, earning it a rightful position as the second best tablet to the wondrous iPad. Bad news for Toshiba, then. Not only have consumer tech retail giants Currys, Dixons and PC World yanked the tab from their shiny shelves, but unless you buy it from this retailer, you're be hard pushed to find it anywhere else. And thats only if a bit of bad press hasn't put you off, of course.
That's not quite the future we had in mind when first teased with the Folio's wares at IFA back in Feb, showing off its smorgasbord of connectivity - two USB (one mini) and HDMI ports and an SD card slot. And with an impressive spec list and a commendable price tag to boot, we waited in anticipation for its arrival.
