February 2013

Ah, January. The month in which we all take a long, hard look at ourselves and decide … actually, we’re in pretty good shape. Really, what’s the fuss about? We’ve got an iPad Mini, an unecessarily expensive mountain bike and some pretty good times on Strava. Plus, there’s good times ahead in the shape of the re-emergence of AR and VR gadgetry, Xbox Infinity and folding cars. More on all that and more in our annual, seminal, pivotal feature Big In 2013.

Mind you, ain’t none of us perfect in this world. There are things that we want to achieve this year – upgrades and skills we need to unlock to stay +5 Awesome ahead of the Joneses down in Techtown. Fortunately, our New Geek Resolutions have got that well covered.

Which only leaves the bread-and-butter that goes along with the technological fish supper we call life: what’s new in the world of gadgets? First up, it’s the arrival of the Nintendo Wii U. We’ve got a proper, in-depth review. Then there’s all three Nexus’ versus their Apple rivals. Plus, the Canon EOS M, the RED 4K video player, Asus Taichi… listen, people. You’re awesome, but you need this stuff.
The fully-interactive Stuff iPad and iPhone edition is available to download from the app store or via Newsstand now. If you have any issues, the answer may be in the frequently asked questions page.
