Kinect translator, Nexus 5 and face-scanning ads

This week Lucy's turning her attention to the recently unveiled Google Nexus 5, along with Microsoft's Kinect sign language translator project which cleverly turns gestures into spoken words and text.

In slightly more disturbing news, Tesco will be introducing face-scanning tech to deliver targeted ads to consumers.

Lucy will also be looking at FIXR – a London ticket app as well as planning holidays with virtualtourist.com
