EE doubles 4G speeds
4G not fast enough for you? What if it was double the speed? Good news if you live in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester or Sheffield – EE is putting its superfast over-the-air network into overdrive and promises speeds of up to 80Mbps. Office Cat is surprised the network hasn’t changed its name to EEEE to mark the occasion.

Tribeca Film Festival goes mobile
Robert De Niro called. Again. This time he wants to know if his New York-based Tribeca Film Festival could show some movies in Office Cat’s house. Turns out the festival’s putting some of its highlights – including Greetings from Tim Buckley (above) and Fresh Meat – on iTunes, PlayStation, Xbox and Virgin Media for eight weeks from April 16th. Office Cat suspects the pay-per-view option will come in cheaper than flights to NYC. Then again, he only travels business class.
Rockstar’s GTA V mural
Everyone is very excited about Grand Theft Auto V’s arrival later this year. Even Office Cat got caught up in the micro-media-frenzy surrounding the new cover art. But the chaps at Rockstar have gone a step further than jotting a few words in their diaries. They’ve hired scaffolding so they can paint the artwork on the side of their building. Banksy will be livid.
