You’ve seen how the Sony Xperia Z3 might look in a couple of photo leaks, leaving you free to dream up features you’d like to see in the smartphone. But you can’t do that anymore - @evleaks has revealed some possible internal specs the unit could boast.
But be forewarned, some of the hardware configurations it let out may possibly upset you; the popular leaker’s claimed the imminent smartphone will feature a 5.15in full HD display, which is about the same size of the current model out in the market.
Furthermore, it’s said to be fitted with a 20.7MP back snapper, which might be using the company’s G Lens technology. It’s another disappointment if it rocks up with this feature considering there won’t be any changes from its predecessor.

It might also be powered by a Snapdragon 801 chipset with a quad-core 2.4GHz processor, 16GB of internal storage that most likely will be extendable, as well as 3GB of RAM. Rumours indicate that it’ll run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, although this might be upgraded to the eagerly anticipated Android L depending on when Sony intends to unveil it.
We’re getting excited about the Z3’s introduction since Sony upgrades its Android army twice in a year, unlike most of its competitors. But here’s hoping that it surprises us with new features on the flagship. Most speculations indicate that Sony might also unleash the Xperia Z3 at the IFA trade show in September, although there's no official word yet.
