Singaporeans can get their hands on the new Samsung Galaxy Tab PROs soon
Slate lovers, especially those of the Samsung variety here in Singapore, will be chuffed to know that the new Tab PROs will be hitting our shores end of this month.
Coming in two sizes, a 10.1-incher and an 8.4-incher, the Galaxy Tab PROs come with full HD, WQXGA displays with a 1600 x 2560 resolution. Aside from the screen, both slates come kitted out with some pretty decent specs as well, utilizing the Qualcomm 800 chipset with a 2.3GHz processor and 2GB of RAM, while the OS is the solid Android 4.4 Kit Kat.
But specs are just one thing. Since this new set of Sammy slates are under the Pro line, they also come with pre-loaded with a suite of business and professional apps that’ll be suited for the range. This includes the web conferencing platform, Cisco WebEx and Samsung e-Meeting, a collaborative, content-sharing application. There’s also the Hancom Android Office app provided for all your productivity needs.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 10.1 will retail at S$798 for the LTE version and S$748 for the WiFi version, while the Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 retails for S$698 for the LTE version and S$598 for the WiFi version.
Both slates come with a bunch of optional accessories including book covers (S$68 for the 8.4-inch and S$88 for the 10.1-inch), a USB Lan Hub (S$98), the Samsung Bluetooth Keyboard (S$138) and the Samsung S Action Mouse (S$68).
Get ready your cash, they'll be hitting retailers by March 29.
