Who doesn’t love a sale? Especially when it’s held by Apple. The Cupertino-based company has a strict policy when it comes to putting its items on discount, but once in a while, it gets a wee bit generous on festive occasions.
With Chinese New Year happening at the end of the month, Apple’s online store has started a Chinese New Year sale in Singapore and Malaysia. The sale, however, is only for one day, on the 10th of January. The good news is, items will be shipped to your doorstep absolutely free within 24 hours.
The latest iPhones get a S$70 discount, while the new iPad mini and Air receive a S$40 and S$50 price cut respectively. If you’ve been holding off on that MacBook Air purchase, just because it’s out of your budget range, good news - it’s now S$120 cheaper, as is the MacBook Pro with Retina Display.
Other non-Apple accessories such as Belkin AirPlay speakers and Logitech’s keyboard covers are also slashed down from its usual prices.
If you’re a swinging single, money’s no object. There’s all that red packet cash (and some incessant questions about when you’re getting married and having kids) you’ll be receiving during Chinese New Year.
