Lenovo bends over backwards with new Yoga convertibles
The latest Yoga convertibles will prove to be as flexible as you need them to be for your daily life. The successor to the original Yoga 13, dubbed Yoga 2 Pro, comes with a 12.5in display and boots up with apps tailor-made to make the most of its four unusual stances. Can’t quite decide which apps are best for increasing productivity? The “Yoga Picks” feature helpfully suggests suitable apps based on the mode it’s in.
Fans of the red dot will be happy to know that the classic ThinkPad has been updated with a little more flex. For more ergonomic usage, the keys on the ThinkPad Yoga automatically lifts and locks in tablet mode.
Voice input and NFC-enabled, both convertibles will be available at SITEX with the Yoga 2 Pro starting from S$1899 and the ThinkPad Yoga from S$2699.
Display masterpieces on your Galaxy
Dress up your Galaxy device with Samsung’s Art Covers. Sammy is showing some love for the region’s artistic talent by collaborating with 19 Southeast Asian artists to release a line of eye-poppingly creative covers (prices start from S$32) to decrease the drab-factor of your gadget. Unhappy with what’s on offer? Samsung will be rolling out more designs in the coming weeks.
Don’t fancy your device displaying other people’s artwork? Design your own cover and upload your creation via app or site (available from mid-December) and have it delivered to your door.
