The X10s were our favourite in-ears for years, but the X10is now look too pricey for the number 1 spot. Built in iPod/iPhone controls are useful, but it's their sound and size that really impresses. The buds are slim as lolly sticks but sound thrilling and insightful.

In this case I agree with the last comment, they do not deserve five stars. I bought these when they were no1 in stuffs top ten, they are the comfiest things I have ever put in my ears, but i was disappointed with the sound quality. For similar cash, buy Ulitmate Ears TripleFi 10 universal in ear monitors, three drivers in each ear piece covering the base, middle and top end frequencies. They're not the most comfortable in ears you can buy but I have never heard music sound better than when I'm wearing these masterpieces. They really are the dogs round bits.

stuff has some entertaining and somewhat informative reviews, however, I just do not have much faith in your critiques due to the fact that you hand out so many 5/5 star reviews.I cannot recall even seeing anything less than 3stars. I assume you give mostly favourable reviews because of the revenue generated via the ads these companies place much like mainstream car magazines. Hint, if Stuff gives anything 3stars, its got to be very bad.
