Fathers are constantly informing their children: ‘you get what you pay for’. Well, if you’re only willing to spend a tenner on an earphone upgrade, there are no better alternatives than the K12Ps from AKG. You don’t get fancy, ground breaking, noise-canceling trickery, just a pair of solid, decent sounding earphones.
OK, they might look like they’ve come straight from Back to the Future, but for the money, they are an exciting listen and a definite upgrade from the complimentary set you get in the box of most MP3 players.
