This quadricopter is mind-blowingly futuristic. You control it via Wi-Fi using an iPhone, iPod touch or Android phone, and it sends live video feeds to the handset from its forward- and downward-facing cameras.
It's better suited to outdoor use as other Wi-Fi signals can interfere with it, but then it's too big to fly indoors anyway. You steer around either by tilting your handset or using the onscreen interface, and it's impressively agile. If you relinquish control it's almost self-aware, hovering on autopilot.
The video feed runs smoothly and there's more to come, with an augmented reality game for dogfighting other drones on the way.
