Our resident tech evangelist talks the latest fitness wearables and more at 11:10am today

Tune into BBC Radio 6 Music today from 11:10am to get some tech-laden words from Stuff’s very own Lucy Hedges on BBC Radio 6 Music.

You’ll know Lucy from her tech-packed Stuff videos – but today she’s taking to the airwaves to fill your lugholes with the very latest from the world of technology.

Radio what’s new?

In the limelight this week is Apple’s iPad launch, which of course we’ll be covering in further detail later today. Will Apple continue to innovate with the rumoured iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 – or has it run out of ideas?

She’ll be also looking at the latest fitness gadgets including Adidas’ smartwatch and the Nike+ Fuelband SE; two devices that promise to help you shed the pounds just in time for Christmas.

There’s news on Twitter #Music’s potential collapse and why it’s failed to capture people’s attention in the same way as the rest of the universally popular social chatter site, while Lucy will also be looking at her current app pick: Bob Dylan’s Bootleg Series.

Check out Radio 6 Music here, and as ever don’t be shy to share your opinions with us on Twitter.
