Is Google Drive coming today?

A week ago we said Google Drive was theoretically just days away from a big unveil, saying it would take on the likes of Dropbox with with 5GB of free storage.

Then Google Docs got 5GB of free storage and Microsoft reacted by bolstering Windows Live SkyDrive to 7GB (see our breakdown of the five best free online cloud storage lockers for more details).

Now we’ve uncovered Google Drive in the support pages of Google Docs (above), suggesting that unveiling could be any minute now. There's no certainty, but don’t say we didn’t warn you when Google drops its Drive-shaped bomb.
