Sonos CR200 touchscreen remote leaks out

Someone at Sonos HQ is going to be fuming over their cornflakes this morning. Following their plans for a touchscreen remote leaking online, now a pic of the sleek new device is also out in the wild.

Dubbed the Sonos CR200, the shot was nabbed by Automated Home. It shows a new portrait–style controller which ditches the click wheel from the original chunky monkey. Instead you'll find a full touchscreen and just three buttons down the bottom for volume control, multiroom access and muting.

The report goes on to suggest that Sonos is lining up a whole new bundle, dubbed the BU250, with new colours to match the CR200. The latter will come as part of the deal.

The remote certainly looks similar to the one seen on the new Sony Z200iR, announced yesterday.
