Gadget of the Day – Terratec Noxon iRadio Cube
If you're hankering after a spot of internet radio sans PC, but think the Pure Avanti Flow might give your hi–fi jealousy issues, then this neat new offering from Terratec is the answer. Dubbed the Noxon iRadio Cube, it lets you access thousands of stations around the world without firing up your computer.
You can grab tracks straight from Napster too and if you don't have a subscription to the all–you–can–eat service, you can try it out for free for a month first if you buy. On top of that, you can use the iRadio's MP3tunes.com service to upload all your tracks and access them wherever you are as long as you have the radio and a web connection.
There's FM radio too, so you get bored with Spanish jazz or Chinese talk shows, you can always flick back to Radio 4 and think about England,
The price is pretty good too. It comes in at £169, meaning you can get plenty of the advantages of the Pure without the price.
