Gadget of the Day – LG M94D series TV monitors

Space – and money – are at a premium these days. So for those of us who need one screen that does everything, LG has launched the M94D series.

It's a capable LCD TV built for gaming and movie fans alike. It comes with an in-built digital tuner for Freeview and digital radio duties, but also doubles as a PC monitor.

The 20,000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time and HDMI input should do the business for movies, whether piped from your Blu-ray player or PC. This visual prowess won't hurt when playing games, either. And it'll probably do a fine looking spreadsheet too.

We think it looks like the perfect bedroom box.
