This week saw the launch of Freesat – the new free-to-air satellite service.
It promises 150 channels by the end of the year, including hi-def offerings from BBC and ITV, with Channel 4 on the cards. And unlike Sky, you won't be taunted by fuzzy shadows of channels you can't watch.
So are you sold on Freesat? Will you be rushing out to buy a Freesat-enabled TV like the Panasonic PZ81 or will you be keeping your hands in your pockets and sticking with Freeview or your paid-for Sky subscription?
Let us know by voting in this week's Tech Tickler and you could win a limited edition howies "Flegg" tee. Apparently, it's a cross between a flower and a fried egg. Not something we'd try in the kitchen, but it looks pretty good on a tee.
