Android tablets set to overtake iOS
Shipments of Android tablets are set to overtake those of the Apple iPad this year, according to data from IDC. It reckons that Android devices will make up 48.8 per cent of total tablet shipments this year, with the iPad slipping from 51 per cent of the market in 2012 to 46 per cent in 2013. IDC reckons that it's down to smaller tablets like the Amazon Kindle Fire HD and Google Nexus 7 – Apple had better get cracking on that Retina Display iPad Mini 2.

Netflix adds Facebook sharing in the US
This has been a long time coming – Netflix has finally added Facebook integration in the US, letting share-happy viewers tell their friends exactly what they've been watching. Users will need to enable sharing in Netflix's Social Settings tab – and don't worry, you can choose not to share specific titles, if you don't want your family and friends finding out about your addiction to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Office Cat, of course, is happy to share his own viewing choices: Big Cat Diary, Cat People and The Pink Panther figure heavily.
Road Rash coming back via Kickstarter?
Cheerfully violent motorcycle racing game Road Rash, in which racers take pole position by smacking rival bikers off their steeds, may return – if the gaming public wills it. Yup, Road Rash creator Dan Geisler is hopping aboard the Kickstarter bandwagon, according to a recent post on Reddit. However, he'd need to get the license back from EA, which is pretty unlikely – though he could do a spiritual successor to the game. After all, as Geisler himself says, "I will need to talk with EA to get the rights. But I don't think they have a lock on motorcycle combat any more."
