Beginning later today, Spotify will also be offering the Offline Mode to the desktop version as well.
Simply select the playlists you want to be available when your not online and set them to be “Available offline”.
These playlists will then be synced to your computer so you can play them when your internet connection is a bit dodgy, or – shock horror – are somewhere without any web access.
In other Spotify news, you can now upgrade your account to premium, or buy a day pass, using Paypal as well as debit and credit cards. Handy.
Which songs will you be setting to offline mode? Let us know below, and be sure to check out our review of the Spotify mobile app.
