Sony has pulled the covers off two new additions to its VAIO E Series, adding 14- and 17-inch versions to the family.
The E Series 17" is described as a "fully-featured desktop replacement", packing a 500GB hard drive, up to 4GB DDR3 RAM, a Full HD screen, Intel Core i5 processor and a Blu-ray drive into its slim chassis.
On the other hand, the colourful E Series 14" offers a more portable choice, while still packing a Blu-ray drive for HD movies on the go.
The screen res does drop to 1600x900 and the processor to an Intel Core i3, but you'll still get the same offerings on hard drive and RAM, plus the option of picking it up in black, white, pink, blue and lime green.
Both new additions allow users to browse the web without needing a full boot up, and will also include an "Assist" button, giving one-touch access to VAIO Care for any problems you have with your new lappy.
The new E Series laptops will be available from May, with pricing to be confirmed.
