Sony Ericsson launches Pocket TV music show

Sony Ericsson is set to launch a mobile music-based entertainment show, giving viewers all the hottest news on artists and bands straight through thei

The Pocket TV series is set to span 13 weeks starting from Thursday, and each episode will be available to download for free in five 90 second segments.

Hosted by Matt Edmondson from Holy Moly TV fame, the show's team of roving reporters will be bringing you interviews, live sessions and behind the scenes features from both chart favourites and up and coming artists.

Episode one is raring to go, and boasts Brit Award winner Florence and the Machine, N-Dubz and the much-hyped American group Hockey.

You can also expect to hear from the likes of Mika, The Gossip, Maximo Park, Jordin Sparks and Marilyn Manson over the 13 weeks.


Aside from music, Pocket TV will also get you all the latest goings on in comedy, fashion and film, as well as video contributions from viewers posted on the YouTube channel.

You'll be able to download the series to your phone via the dedicated WAP site – – or alternatively watch it on YouTube in the full 15 minute show.
