Snow Leopard details slip out

While Snow Leopard isn’t going to be the complete overhaul of Leopard we all thought, leaked screens do show it is going to bring some neat addi

The shots, first spotted on a German Mac fansite, show a revamped address book, and, best of all, Safari 4.0. While savvy punters might prefer Firefox, Apple’s new browser will let you save pages as mini–apps, meaning you can open them without firing up Safari first.

Apple has said previously that Snow Leopard will be more of a back end refresh rather than a complete redesign. Either way, it’s slated to hit Macs everywhere next year, most likely at Macworld in January.
