It's not a first – that would be LG's Optimus 3D – but news that Sharp is making an Aquos phone with a 3D display and twin rear cameras for third dimensional pics and vids is more than enough to give Stuff's left eyebrow a bit of a loft. The Sharp Aquos SH-12C packs a 4.2in qHD screen to show off snaps captured on its 8MP sensor and video shot in 720p. Trouble is, we probably won't get a sniff of this 1.4GHz beauty. If you've got a few spare air miles, it’s out in Japan on the 20th of May.
