Samsung Galaxy S4 Active
The Samsung Galaxy S5 rumour mill continues to churn, with analysts issuing proclamations and predictions about Sammy's flagship handset.
"Fingerprint is necessary for a star model," Kuo says in a research note obtained by Apple Insider, claiming that the fingerprint sensor will be provided by Synaptics-owned Validity Sensors. Kuo concedes, however, that Samsung's fingerprint tech "is not as mature as iPhone 5s's" Touch ID sensor. At this point, rumours are flying thick and fast about the upcoming Galaxy S5 – but Kuo has a well-established track record, and it's worth taking these predictions seriously.
