Poll – Is the iPad 2 good enough to remain king of the tablets?
After years of growing pains and being shunned in the laptop playground, the tablet is finally getting its chance in the limelight. The iPad 2 is their self-appointed leader, but is it good enough to retain its lead over incoming rivals like the Motorola Xoom or BlackBerry PlayBook? Or will their superior specs and more sophisticated UIs see it dethroned?

It took 3 years to catch the iPhone, but Google hit the ground running in the tablet race. This year, however, i'm getting me an iPad 2!

yeah its top for now and could be top in 2012 but companies are digging deeper and deeper into the tablet industry and soon enough the desiriable ipad 2 will tumble, but that day is not today... apple are the kings of tech, best phone, best media players and best tablets, their computers are a thing of beauty but thanks to the Acer Timeline X and HP Envy 17 3D the apple pc's can only last so long.

Most people have said that the iPhone's going to be toppled by Android for the past 2-3 years. It remains that since the iPhone's launch in 2007 it has been at the top of the 'Smartphone Top 10' category ever since.
When Steve Jobs unveiled the iPad 2 he stated that Honeycomb (Android 3.0) had a 100 apps, pale in comparison to the 400,000+ app's on the App Store. It's near impossible for such a market to catch up, especially by the end of 2012.
Samsung was quoted by Steve; "As you heard, our sell-in was quite aggressive...around two million. In terms of sell-out, it was quite small." It showed that the market for Samsung’s Galaxy Tab was rather small, especially as 90% of the tablet market is Apple meaning competition hard.

iPad2 is a remarkable gadget. I know it was hard to take it as example for marvelous duplicate tablet. But, it won't same after all.
