iPod nano to get 16GB bump

With the iPod nano 4G all but official, now chatter is turning to what we can expect to find under the hood, with MacRumors suggesting we’re about to see a 16GB version of the dinky PMP.

The 4GB model will be killed off altogether, with 8GB and 16GB models offered in a massive 9 different colours, including purple and orange.

The super–pricey Touch will lose its tag as a bank balance destroyer, but won’t get a 64GB bump, sadly. Mind you, this could just turn out to be idle speculation, so you’d better come back here at 5.30 this afternoon to check out our live blog of all the action as it happens.
