Gadget of the Day – Edifier iF500 Luna 5

With more of a nod to the style of its portable speaker system, the MP300 Plus than its Retro iPod Alarm Clock, Edifier has released a stylish new iPod dock.

The Luna 5 has a big, (dark side of the) moon face which conceals a five-driver speaker system with a total output of 55W.

On the front is the obligatory iPod and iPhone dock connection, along with six touch sensitive buttons. Also on board is an FM radio, auxiliary input for other MP3 players and a full remote to boot.

So if you're the sort who wants the moon on a... er... dock, check it out.
