Sainsburys and Sky team up to offer iPad-docked trolleys

31 Aug 2011

Sainsbury's and Sky have joined forces to offer football fans a chance to watch unmissable matches during their weekly food shop.  Solar powered iPad-toting trolleys preloaded with the Sky Go app are currently on trial at the supermarket chain’s Cromwell Road branch in West London, where we’re sure aisle congestion and collisions are at an all time high as fans desperately try to keep up with the hectic transfer news.

Of course football isn't the only offering available, which unfortunately means that arguments over what to watch will no longer be confined to the living room.
