Angry Birds Gear4 speakers invite pun contest

Tweeters, flutter… this speaker/bird story should knot itself into a tangle of bad puns in seconds. The truth is more prosaic – Gear4 has announced a line of Angry Birds speaker accessories. Licensed by Rovio, which makes the Angry Birds app for iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and Android, the range of accessories come in the shape of Red Bird, Black Bird or Helmet Pig from the game and cost between £50 and £70. All have 3.5mm jack sockets and docking stations for Apple products. We imagine they'll fly off the shelves.
