Spotify iPhone app out now
Spotify for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android handsets has touched down this morning, pleasing many a music fan this Monday morning. As we reported last week, the Spotify app had been approved by Apple and we at Stuff Towers had been waiting on the edge of our little seats since then to see how the smartphone service will fare.
Now, for £10 per month, Spotify Premium subscribers will also be able to squeeze out thousands of streaming tracks to their smartphone, via 3G or WiFi, and also take advantage of the neat buffering feature, meaning that tunes will remain uninterrupted.
And clever little Android handsets will let the app run in the background, meaning that you can crack on with other tasks at the same time as listening to Chas 'n' Dave's Greatest Hits.
Stay tuned for a video as soon as we've loaded itup and given it the full Stuff.tv test treatment...

Right let me just say this app is great but £10 a month is just to much who buys 15 albums a year because I don't and before you say it's not 15 albums you are paying for its a full catalogue of albums yea sure I like certain Genre and bands only. What about children who don't have a credit card? why did they not just make you pay for the app yearly say for lets be reasonable £50 now that a killer app for all!

I must be honest, I've cared less! There's more useful things to run down the battery on my iPhone!
