PAYG iPhone – slightly cheaper, but still pricey
Looks like our initial inside source was a bit over zealous with their PAYG iPhone 3G prices. According to Electric Pig, O2 has accidentally leaked the prices on their official site and they’re not so crushingly expensive as we thought. The 8GB will cost £300, with 16GB coming in at £360. That includes six months of free Wi–Fi access and unlimited browsing via 3G. once your time is up, you’ll have to shell out a tenner a month to stay online.O2 has removed the price from their site and is remaining tight–lipped, so we can’t be sure this is the final pricing. At least it looks like we’ll be able to save a few pennies. While you’re waiting for the official announcement, make sure you’re fully up–to–date with our iPhone 3G Bible.Essentials iPhone 3G Price: From free On sale: 11 July Contact: Apple

^^ But you have to remember that it's £70 and £110 cheaper. That's actually a respectful amount of money to pay for such a good phone. But it says: "that includes six months of free Wi–Fi access and unlimited browsing via 3G. once your time is up, you’ll have to shell out a tenner a month to stay online." Does that mean unlimited Wi-Fi and unlimited 3G, and after 6 months costing Wi-Fi but free 3G, or otherwise?
