Nokia N97 Mini: specs and pricing emerge
We were a little bit baffled when we caught sight of the Nokia N97 Mini. Now the specs, pricing and release date have broken cover. Those spyshots showing the N97 with a slimmed down little sister were bang on the money. According to the mobile mavens at Mobile Review, the N97 Mini is set to launch at the Symbian lovefest that is Nokia World on September 2. The screen has been compacted to 2.9in from 3.5in with 640x360 resolution. Storage weighs in at either 8GB or 16GB onboard, shrivelled from a full fat 32GB on the N97. Since this is a leak and not the official word: we've got no news on the camera capability or what expandable storage it'll play with. The N97 Mini is apparently coming in at a slimmed down price too – £85. Perfect for people seeking SIM-free Symbian joy. What do you think of the low-fat, full featured N97 Mini? Look like it could be good for a mobile blogging platform depending on how good the keyboard is. May be a replacement for my Sony Xperia X! which is crippled by WinMo 6.5

Sounds great, the touchscreen will have to be better than the n97's though if i were to get it
