Google Android phone clocks in at £100

Everyone's been blathering about Google Android for nearly a year now. But finally it looks like we're about see proper phone action, with the Wall Street Journal telling the world and his wife that the HTC Dream, which will pack the Big G's OS, will cost $199 Stateside.Chances are that'll translate to £100 over here in the UK. Now, does that price sound familiar? Perhaps it's because Apple's 8GB iPhone 3G costs exactly the same.     I love my iPhone, but anything that can light a fire up Apple's a$$, has to be a good thing. The consumer gets a better deal when there's active competition.
