Gracing the shelves at your local Woolworths, you can get your thrifty little paws on one for a paltry £14.99 on Virgin's pay-as-you-go tariff.

The OT-S520 is better specced than you might think, with a 1.8in colour screen, 2MB memory and VGA camera which you can use as a webcam when hooked up to a PC.

It'll give you 400 hours on standby, or up to 10 hours talktime and looks to us like it could be the perfect backup phone in case your regular handset goes AWOL.
