Exclusive video hands–on with Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Tube
The Nokia Tube, or Nokia 5800 XpressMusic to give it its less snappy proper title, has just been given the official thumbs up. And it sounds the absolute business. But, let’s face it, you want to see the blower in action. Which is handy because we’ve got an exclusive full hands–on video for you to ogle at.With a full touchscreen, support for up to 16GB of memory and some neat new media features, Nokia’s hoping their first touch effort will give them a stranglehold on the middle ground and make touch phones as ubiquitous as greasy mobile salesmen. This isn’t being billed as an iPhone–beater, but take a look at our exclusive video and see what you make of it yourself. And remember to sound off about it in the comments section and forums. For more on the Tube, check out our unboxing blog and full preview too.Essentials Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Price: £200 On sale: 2009 Contact: Nokia

Please note that unlike the reviewer cliames, this is NOT the first touch screen from Nokia. The first was a S90 7710 with a 640x480 screen resolution. It was a wonderful device when it launched around Dec 2004.
