Apple lining up 32GB iPhone 3G?
Every gossip hound going was predicting a 32GB version of the iPhone when Steve Jobs took to the stage for the launch of the 3G model back in June. Alas, a hefty edition never surfaced, but now talk is rife that a iPod Touch–matching iPhone 3G is very much on the cards.According to the fellas at Apple Insider, stocks of the 8GB are running at an all time low, with retailers saying they cannot get hold of enough of the lower–specced model to meet rampant demand.The 16GB model would probably take its place, with a 32GB rolling up before Christmas. More interesting news would be that the iphone is to be available on other networks. How soon will that happen?

yea thats what we want! no monopolisation! competition in the market. how could they allow 02 to do this, it means they can jack up there prices with no reprimand, dreadful.

Unless we see a 64GB iPod touch, I can't forsee a 32GB 3G any time soon.

Well shock horror! I never would have guessed this would happen. As for the O2 exlclusive, there is noting wrong with having a deal like that. There are plenty of phones tied to all the other networks There wont be much competition in prices as all the operators know that people will pay to use it, and that they will all protect the data usage, seeing as it's a big factor in iPhone usage. But yeah I think a 64gig touch will come before a 32 gig iphone. None of wich will be too far away
