Versace Unique phone: purple pain
The world of fashion phones just got a bit, erm, classier with the launch of Versace’s first mobile. The aptly-named Versace Unique (well, have you ever seen anything quite like it) has just tottered down the catwalk, boasting a high grade ceramic, gold and leather exterior.
?The purple leather back bears the Versace Medusa logo, while the front is dominated by a 3in sapphire crystal touchscreen, reportedly the largest single piece of the material ever seen on a consumer device. You can choose between stainless steel and yellow gold for the metal accents. Everything’s assembled by hand, natch.
The tech has been developed by LG, and specs include 3G, email client, media player, 5MP camera and Dolby Mobile surround sound.
The Versace Unique will go on sale next month. No word on the price – but if you have to ask, you probably can’t afford it...
