Poll – what's the best smartphone screen size?
Rumours of an iPhone 5 with a larger 4in screen have once again sparked off the age-old screen size debate.
Do you prefer the easily pocketable form factor of the 3.5in iPhone 4S or the monolithic hand-filling 5in Samsung Galaxy Note? Either way, size clearly does matter, one way or another...

I swapped my iPhone 4 to my wife's HTC Desire S and, although iOS5 is slicker to use, I don't like the iPhone's design, the HTC is much nicer to hold and is a much better design. I don't expect many people would agree with my opinion but there it is.

I have been an avid user of iOS devices from day one and still prefer them to Android. I am very happy with my iPhone 4, or should I say I was until I tried my sisters HTC Sensation with the 4.3" screen. The Apple is still (for me) the better resolution but the larger screen size on the HTC I find preferable.
If Apple do increase the size to 4.3" or so on the iPhone 5 it will be a compelling reason for me to upgrade.
