Samsung Galaxy S getting a Gingerbread transfusion this weekend

Samsung's Galaxy S could be about to reboot into the latest version of Android (2.3, or Gingerbread). According to Samsung's Romanian Facebook page (not exactly the first source we'd go to for European Sammy news), updates from Froyo will start rolling out to Galaxy S owners from the 20th of March – this Saturday – until the end of the month.
