How to supercharge your Samsung Galaxy S II

Swiftkey X Keyboard £1.86
Touchscreen keyboards have come a long way since they first emerged from the smartphone primordial ooze, but SwiftKey's ability to learn your writing style from Gmail, Facebook and Twitter, coupled with its scarily accurate predictions, makes it the Android keyboard to beat. Look out for the upcoming version 3 (pictured above) and its fancy new features, currently in beta.

Come on guys! The best way to supercharge your Samsung SII is to apply the Ice Cream Sandwich firmware. I am on T-mobile and all I had to do was back up my settings then apply new firmware in Kies. It was very simple, just follow the instructions and leave it well alone till you are instructed otherwise.

One quick question...
I see that Apex is a good launcher. But would be interested to know how this stacks up against Go Launcher Ex which I have been using for a long time, and have been really satisfied with - the performance, features and regular updates that the developers release. What does Apex bring that is distinctive and better?
I'm going to try Apex anyway. But still, views of others who have tried both would be very appreciated.
