Galaxy Nexus: Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Awesome. A tablet and phone unifying OS that does away with the need for buttons, it also offers improved multi-tasking and NFC support.
Motorola RAZR: The RAZR's still stuck on Android 2.3 Gingerbread – but it's due an Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in 2012. Won’t that make its buttons redundant and a waste of space though?

both awesome phones. i am considering winphone with nokia next year but it's gonna be tight with awesome looking android kit like these!
