"Let’s head on down into that cellar and carve ourselves a witch." That’s just one of the many great lines from Bruce Campbell's Ash, the chainsaw-for-an-arm hero that takes on the dead after the Necronomicon (Book of the Dead) unleashes hell. Groovy.

For respect - watch the the first 5-10 minutes of the remake.
You will see the reporters helicoper - in the same colours etc - fly in front of the camera before the car crash below where the car gets hit side on and sets the petrol station on fire.
A nice nod to George Romero - and apparently, no one wanted sprinting zombie in the remake but the producers
