Pecker (1998)
You may have thought Edward Furlong's finest hour was being groomed by Arnie's kiddie-friendly Terminator in Judgment Day, but you'd be utterly wrong. He plays Pecker, a kid with a family of trashy weirdoes in a town full of trashy weirdoes, a scary laundrette-obsessed girlfriend (Christina Ricci), and a beat-up old Canon Canonet camera he uses to document it all. It's genius.
