Orange's help page (which has since been removed) has let slip the existence of the San Fancisco II budget Android handset which will come packing an upgraded 800MHz processor as well as a 5MP camera and 3.5in screen.
These welcome improvements over the original San Francisco mean that it's the perfect solution for a no-nonsense blower that offers a Gingerbread smartphone experience on the cheap.
Although no release date pricing has been revealed as of yet, we expect the San Francisco II to retail for around £100 mark to compete with the likes of Huawei's Blaze.
Well worth having as a backup on nights out to avoid the sobering experience of a smashed £600 smartphone.
