The US mobile firm’s Ralph de la Vega, speaking in, er, Vegas, said all his company’s smarties would be getting the 3G treatment this year.
When pressed on whether this would include Cupertino’s touchscreen effort, he told a journalist from PC Mag, “Let me repeat what I said: I think that you're going to see our integrated devices be 3G devices in the not-too-distant future, and I mean months. That should be clear enough."
Okay, let’s read between the lines again. Months to us sounds like the much–hyped June release date, around the same time of WWDC and the launch of the App store.
What do you reckon? Will it happen so soon? And if it does, will us Brits be left waiting, just like we were last year? Let us know in the comments section.
