If that doesn't sound too appealing, Nokia is lending a helping hand that'll mean you could get your mitts on it SIM-free for half the price.

Instead of the RRP of £299 sans contract, ElectricPig has said that the first 100 Nokia fans down to its Regent Street store this Friday will be able to bag the 5800 for £149.

But is there a catch? Well yes, actually, there is. To get your cash knocked off, you're going to need to offer up an old phone and MP3 player for the sacrifice.

Both of them need to be working, the MP3 player has to be portable with a headphone jack, and you've got to be over 16 as well. Conditions, conditions.

Still, if you manage to reach the criteria, you walk away with a new phone, a less cluttered bedroom, and you've done your bit for the environment by recycling your old tech.
