The Nintendo Wii has always looked sleek and minimalist, but on November 4 a stripped-down new version of the Wii will hit the shelves.
Nintendo's new Wii will sit horizontally and will no longer work with GameCube software or accessories. If that doesn't put you off, the initial launch will be available as a Family Bundle with Wii Sports, Wii Party, a remote and a nunchuck.
If you're a fitness fanatic, you can hold out until December 2 for the Wii Fit Plus bundle, which includes a black console, Wii Fit Plus and a black balance board.
Of course if you've lasted this long without the Wii in your life, you could just hang on a bit longer for the Wii U release. It’ll be a long wait until 2012, though.
