MWC 2012 – Fujitsu’s Europe-bound quad-core 13MP smartphone spotted

Still want superfast multitasking after you’ve dropped your phone in the washing up? Fujitsu might just a treat for you if you live in Europe. The company is readying a Tegra 3 (quad-core) powered smartphone for its entry into the European market, expected to become official at MWC 2012.

At least, that’s according to Engadget, which has snagged details of a Fujitsu 4.6in quad-core smartphone with a record-breaking 13.1MP camera. Not impressed yet? Fujitsu’s MWC smartie comes with a fingerprint sensor and waterproofing (like the company’s CES tablet) for full secret service credentials.
It’ll run Ice Cream Sandwich and we suspect some serious screen tech, but we’ll have to leave the full spec until next week’s stunning MWC unveil. Watch this space.
