MWC 2012 – Mozilla to reveal app store

Firefox creator Mozilla is on track to unveil its Web Apps platform at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next week – which will see it open up its Marketplace to developers.
The aim of the app store is to push web technologies like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS while creating a platform for Mozilla's upcoming Boot to Gecko OS – which we're also expecting to see at MWC.
That's all the details we have so far – but we'll be checking out Mozilla's offering at MWC, so check back for the latest latest news from the show. For now, we can pretty much guarantee that Angry Birds will grace the Mozilla app store with its presence, given its ability to run on almost everything under the sun.
