MWC 2012 – HTC One V is unveiled

Hot on the heels of the newly announced HTC One X and HTC One S comes the HTC One V, the thinner, faster answer to 2010's HTC Legend.
The 3.7in HTC One V sports that same chin-shaped design of its ancestor but its smooth grey metal unibody shell houses upgraded hardware in the form of a 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich running the show.
Although sporting a 5MP camera instead of the HTC One X and HTC One S' 8MP alternatives, the HTC One V still crams in the same f/2.0 lens for better performance in low light conditions as well as a shiny new image processor super snappy capture time and smart flash system. The HTC One V also has the same handy picture-in-video functionality.
As with all of the One series handsets, we haven't got any more specific pricing details or anything better than an early-April EU release date for the time being, but we'll be sure to keep you posted.
